		concepts, performance evaluation and validation. Examples of communication systems modeling. The baseband 
		case. Communication protocols design methodology. Specifications, functional description and implementation. 
		Protocol processing and transmission algorithms implementation. Real-time operating systems. High level 
		description languages and validation procedures. Coding, modulation and synchronization. Channel estimation. 
		Synchronization and inter-modules communications. Performance analysis and optimization. Interoperability
